耐腐蚀镍合金

镍的强力抗腐蚀能力是由于其在电化学系列金属中的贵金属性质赋予的。

在合金中添加铬、钼、铜和其他元素,使它们具有更高的抗氧化和抗腐蚀性能,从而使其有可能在更广泛的用途中使用。由耐腐蚀镍合金制成的无缝管材因其对各种酸(硫酸、盐酸、磷酸)和碱性溶液的高耐受性而成为许多应用的首选。

 

高温镍合金

通过增加一些特别的金属原素(例如,铬,钼,钨,钛,铝,铌等)来提升奥氏体钢的耐高温,高强度的特性。事实上,缺陷是它的融合度降低了,为了弥补这个缺陷,镍的成分一定要增加以达到完美的效果。高温锻造的镍合金成份比最高的产品中,只含有少量的铁成份。

 

商用纯镍产品

商用纯镍产品,例如,镍200,镍201都是可靠的制管原材料,它们都具备面心立方结构,以便冷处理时的可加工性和延展性,来达到中等强度的需要。

在苛性碱中表现出优异的耐腐蚀性,应用包括化学加工和食品加工设备。

保持铁磁性的同时又具备很好的电导率和热导率。低电阻率和良好的磁致伸缩特性使它能应用在电子器件和设备中,并能充分利用它的磁性启动功能。
