Plant maintenance mechanic (f/m/d)

 

Your Tasks

  • Maintenance and servicing of all production systems and their auxiliary units
  • Troubleshooting
  • Carrying out switching and safety measures on hydraulic systems for our own safety and for external companies
  • Order and spare parts processing

 

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic
  • At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a steel processing company
  • Familiarity with the function and mode of operation of complex control systems as well as pumps and their control systems
  • Sound knowledge of the necessary safety measures for the commissioning and maintenance of oil and water hydraulic systems
  • Knowledge of the structure and function of hydraulic circuits desirable
  • Willingness to work in shifts

Electronics technician specialising in operating technology (f/m/d)

 

Your Tasks

  • Systematic search for and rectification of faults in conventional and automated machine control systems (electrical, electrical/hydraulic, electrical/pneumatic)
  • Supporting complex production systems and equipment and carrying out electrical repairs
  • Carrying out maintenance work as part of preventive maintenance
  • Carrying out process-accompanying interventions on PLC systems
  • Carrying out tests in accordance with safety equipment specifications and VDE regulations

 

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed training as an electronics technician, preferably in a steel processing company
  • Knowledge of PLC systems
  • Independent and systematic way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and commitment

Quality Engineer

Oversee company’s mechanical testing lab to ensure quality and safety. Maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Maintain the company’s 5S program throughout the plant, organizing spaces for efficient, effective, and safe work. Ensure quarterly and annual calibration for all small and large equipment. Collaborate in teams and conduct training sessions for shop employees. Utilize MES tools, and quality lab equipment that measures tensile strength & hardness.

 

Requires Master’s degree in Metallurgy Engineering, Materials Engineering, Energy & Materials, or a related field and 2 years of experience. 2 years must include experience with (1) QMS maintenance in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements; (2) quality lab equipment that measures tensile strength & hardness; (3) and MES tools.
